Hey, I'm Himasha! Delving into yoga in 2018, I completed a 200 HRS TTC in Nasik and Prenatal Postnatal 100 HRS TTC. Yearning for deeper knowledge, I pursued a 500 HRS TTC in Mysore in 2019. Yoga transformed my life, leading me to quit my corporate job and become a dedicated teacher. Excited to share this journey with you.
Lovely to meet you!
Holistic with Himasha aims on creating a space that immediately makes you feel at ease, where the ambience whispers, "You're exactly where you need to be." This feeling isn't just about physical comfort, like plush seating or the perfect room temperature, but also about the emotional climate that encourages openness, creativity, and the belief that your goals are within reach.
"I've enjoyed our sessions with your holistic approach and most importantly made the session fun. :) You get a good work out without knowing it!"

"Thank you for being such an incredible yoga instructor! You improve my strength, skills and confidence in yoga. Although only being a short time as you student, I have learned things I will never forget in my practice. Thank you very much"

"I practiced Yoga with Himasha at a popular yoga studio in HK during pandemic. I learnt a lot from her, not only the alignment and sequences, but also breathing and meditation skills. Himasha can really convey useful techniques in a professional and interesting way - you cannot feel the passing of time being in her class! From the way she teaches you can sense her genuine passion and dedication towards yoga."

"I had my very first yoga experience at a postnatal yoga workshop a couple of month after giving birth to my kid, and Himi just made it such a wonderful experience! Though I was a beginner, Himi was very attentive and she walked us through every poses with clear instructions and always at a comfortable pace. She has a calm voice, and I really enjoyed each inhale and exhale in her class. After practicing yoga for a while, I did observed some differences in my body - I gained much more strength and at the same time felt empowered. "

I discovered Himasha’s yoga class after having already done a few sessions. Little did I know my alignments and techniques were all wrong and none of the other teachers had bothered to correct me until Himasha did. Her attention to alignments and techniques helped me set a solid foundation for my future yoga practice because of which I have been able to achieve great results for my body. I also like how she includes music in her sessions. It really helps me relax and focus."

Just a note to say how much I love your yoga class! I have always struggled to get into yoga giving up after one class or not quite connecting or understanding the teacher. But your teaching style, clarity (I never get confused about what I have to do) and calmness means I am more than happy to join your class on time! What’s important to me is I like to feel like I’ve really worked out, but not feel too under pressure If I can’t do all the moves (as I’m a newbie). You make me learn that Yoga is not to be performed it is to be lived.

I am deeply thankful for the safe space you have created for me to explore and honor my body's capabilities, to find moments of peace and a deep connection with my baby. Your nurturing presence and dedication to our practice have been a source of strength and inspiration for me, both physically and emotionally.

Himasha was my first yoga teacher in Hong Kong after my relocation, having her as my yoga teacher makes me wanted to continue my practises and keep improving! She is bubbly and fun, very patient in guiding my postures and breathing technique, helped me to pushed my limits too. Definitely suitable for all levels!
